Zephaniah 3:17
The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty;
(NASB) "is a mighty warrior" He will rejoice over you with joy; He will rest(in silent satisfaction) and in His love He will be silent and make no mention (of past sin's, or even recall them); He will exult over you with singing. Amplified
As I think back on yesterdays celebration service it seems to me that this verse was the theme for the day. The service was a celebration Of Mr and Mrs Floy and Tom Laws 50th wedding anniversary. But it was more than that it was a celebration of God's goodness faithfulness and Love for his people. What a great day it was, A day of praise and worship of singing and dancing of food and fellowship. Every thing it takes to make a good party. Way to go LIFEPOINT. Way to go GOD.
