"You were Slain and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.
"You have made them to be a kingdom and priest to our God; and they will reign upon the earth"
While I was in the Ukraine Father spoke three things to my heart. The first two things had to do with this verse.
He reminded me through this verse how special we are, so special that He purchased us with His blood that He might present us as a gift to the Father. Christ values us so much that he would say I want to give my Father the greatest gift I can think of and He did you and I not as a broken down stained used gifts but because of His shed blood we are whole, restored, renewed, creation. What a wonderful thought "I am Christ's gift to His Father".
The second thing was the fact that He is bringing men and women from every tribe and tongue and people and nation to His Father as a gift. I was blessed greatly to meet just a few of them while I was at the conf. Here are some pictures of just a couple of the many wonderful people I met while I was there. The third thing that the Holy Spirit convicted me of and I will go into it later in more detail but it had to do with my complacent attitude toward the Jewish people. Think about how the Fathers heart must be grieved by the fact that for two thousand years His very own people have rejected Him and his gift to the world in His son Jesus. The Father convicted me that it is not just there problem but it's one that I must begin to share in by at least praying for the nation of Israel.
